Located within Blackrock Mountain, Blackrock Spire was designed by master dwarf-mason, Franclorn Forgewright. LBRS can be accessed without a key, unlike it’s upper part, Upper Blackrock Spire (or UBRS) which requires Seal of Ascension to access. It is designed for players level 55-60. Many groups farm Blackrock Spire for the great loot available, including lots of Pre-Raid BiS (Best-in-slot) gear, as well as Tier 0 Set Pieces.
