You can obtain all the required coins by fishing in the Dragon Isles or defeating Lunker mobs in fishing holes. The most efficient way to obtain coins is through Lunker raids, but keep in mind that you can only defeat them after using your Iskaaran Harpoon. Once you have the necessary coins, simply exchange them with The Great Swog to purchase the toy.
• Continuing with the puzzle, the next step involves obtaining the Empty Fish Barrel, which will be used to feed Otto. With the Aquatic Shades in your possession, make your way to the Bubble Bath, a dive bar located off the coast of the Waking Shores, north of the Obsidian Throne. You can find the entrance to the Bubble Bath dive bar cave at coordinates 19.6, 36.5 in the Waking Shores.
• Once inside the bar, locate a dancing mat and stand on it. As you start dancing, you will receive the Dance, Dance 'Til You're Dead debuff. Allow the debuff to expire, and you will faint, awakening near the Hissing Grotto in the Waking Shores, just above the dive bar. Next to you, there will be a barrel. Interact with the barrel to obtain the Empty Fish Barrel.
• You're making progress in the puzzle, and the Empty Fish Barrel will play a crucial role in the next stages.
• After acquiring the Empty Fish Barrel, it's time to go fishing and fill the barrel with specific fish in the following order. Interact with the Empty Fish Barrel once you complete each step:
  • Fish x100 Frigid Floe Fish, which can be found in the open waters of Iskaara in Azure Span. These fish have a relatively high drop rate. Using the barrel with 100 Frigid Floe Fish will result in a Half-Filled Fish Barrel.
  • Fish x25 Calamitous Carp, a rare drop fish that can be found in the lava around the Obsidian Citadel in Waking Shores. Fishing gear with Perception can help speed up the process since this is considered a rare reagent. Using the barrel with 25 Calamitous Carp will transform it into a Brimming Fish Barrel.
  • Fish x1 Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish, another rare drop fish that can be found in the waters near Alge'thar Academy in Thaldraszus. There is a small dock in the area that is ideal for fishing. Using Perception gear may also expedite the process. Place the Kingfin in the barrel, and it will become an Overflowing Fishing Barrel.
• Once you obtain the Overflowing Fishing Barrel, return to the Hissing Grotto in the Waking Shores (where you woke up after passing out from dancing at the Dive Bar) and leave the Overflowing Fishing Barrel in its original location. Otto will then appear and offer you a quick quest to obtain the mount.
