Soul Cinders is a new resource in the Shadowlands 9.1 patch Chains of Domination used to upgrade legendary items to rank 5 and rank 6. You may obtain these resources only once a week, and there is also a weekly limit of 510 Soul Cinders includes Toghast weekly limit of 360 Soul Cinders. To make one legendary item of the highest level, you will need 1650 Soul Cinders.
